Am I being accurately quoted?

Sometimes you invest your time into a company working out the details of handling your project only to receive a quote that is much higher than you were expecting. With the rising cost of living in many areas, services are being inflated to an unreasonable cost at times. If you suspect this is one of those times, we can take a look and see if you are paying too much for installations, relocations, liquidations, decommissions, project management, or space planning & design services. We can also see if you are being quoted accurately for your used office furniture if that number seems low to you.

HOW MUCH IS MY USED FURNITURE WORTH?

We are seasoned professionals with a deep understanding of furniture history, what has sold in the past, what is selling now, what will break on you, and what can be fixed up to be like new again. What we provide is an accurate, reliable value for each piece of furniture. We don’t just assign a number to your furniture, we consider factors such as age, condition, and remanufacturing potential. Understanding what quality means will help you make informed decisions now and in the future.

DOES MY OFFICE HAVE THE RIGHT LAYOUT AND DESIGN?

At Systems Office Furniture, our parent company, we have space planning experts with access to state of the art software. Nothing boosts productivity like a space employees want to come to work in. With just a floor plan and your expectations, we can help you find the perfect layout for your office space.

Is my deadline Reasonable?

Create a timeline that works for you, not against you. In over 30 years in the industry, we have never missed a deadline. One of the projects that we worked on was at Wells Fargo in Iowa where we had to safely remove 2,183 workstations and over 4,000 chairs across 4 floors in only 60 days. We have also been tasked to remove 10 floors of product in only 30 days. Managing projects on a large and small scale is what we do and because of that, we know how important it is to be on time, every time.

What is the best way to get my furniture in or out of the building?

We have safely transported and installed office furniture to the second floor with no elevator. We’ve removed 96 trailers that were 53′ long filled to the brim with furniture in spite of the numerous elevator failures we encountered. Planning for logistical failures is a major part of what we do. This is also what can be the hardest part of an installation, liquidation, or relocation project and is even harder if you’re planning it all by yourself.
