When To Resell

Our top priority is to resell anything we can when liquidating. This not only helps offset some of the decommission costs, it also puts the money back in your pocket. If we can refurbish, remanufacturer, or clean it, we can sell it.

When To Donate

When an item fails to be resold in a specific time frame, we look to donations to keep gently used office furniture in the industry. We donate to 501 c(3) non-profit organizations.

When To Recycle

Some items might be beyond repair or not in a condition that we’d consider resellable. We would not donate these items but instead would break down the items into pieces that can then be repurposed.

When To Landfill

Less than 5% of our liquidations end up in landfills. If furniture can’t be repaired, recycled, or repurposed then landfilling becomes our last resort. We minimize the amount with landfill and practice responsible disposal.

We are looking for large quantities of the same product such as (Ex: 30 Herman Miller Aerons or 120 Geiger 8’ x 6.5’ offices in Medium Cherry).
